Send the dimension, get the cover code
GOC 4 takes a conductor up to 38 mm in diameter, on 30 metre rolls. Send that measurement and the reply is a code; send only a kV and it is a question.
What a reply carries, and what it cannot
A cover code, the material, the size series it sits in, and the standard it is tested to — ANSI C37.20.2 on a switchgear part, ASTM D2303 for tracking where it hangs outdoors. No price, no delivery date, no minimum order, no stock figure: none of those appears in any document behind these pages.

Put these five in the message
The fourth is the one almost nobody sends, and it decides the most.
- System voltage in kV. It picks the family ahead of the size: GSOC-M reaches 12 kV, GSOC-H and H3 reach 36 kV, GSOC-EH reaches 765 kV.
- The geometry, measured. Cross-section in sq.mm or diameter in mm for a conductor; the connection shape for a shroud; a drawing for a bushing, a standoff insulator or a crimped tab.
- Indoors or outdoors. The polyolefin cover holds its colour through 5000 hours of UV exposure (ASTM G154); the silicone covers resist UV and ozone.
- Whether it has to come off again. A GPFIC cover is field-trimmed where the conductor enters and leaves, and the manufacturer states it may be re-entered and reused later. Insulshroud comes with its fasteners, so it unfastens and goes back on. Anything recovered with heat is cut off and bought again.
- Quantity in the unit the part ships in. GOC ships 30 metres to a roll and GSOC-M 15 metres; moulded covers, shrouds and terminal caps ship by the piece.
Not published here — ask the manufacturer
Office hours against those Mumbai numbers appear nowhere in the published material, so time a call to IST, UTC+5:30, with no daylight saving. Geometry with no catalogue part goes by drawing: Insulshroud is moulded to size, shape and quantity for any connection, and custom CAD design assistance is offered on the insulation-enhancement range. The "new design moulds within a week" note is published on the moulded busbar shroud range, not on a cover datasheet, and is not a delivery promise.
The measurement, then the re-entry answer
"GOC 4, 38 mm over the strands, outdoor, never opened again, 30 rolls" is answered once. "11 kV line cover" is answered with the five questions above.
